भगवान विष्णु जी 1300 वर्षो से तैरते हुए पर कडाल आदि शैया पर यह मंदिर भूतनीकंटा , जो नौ कि.मी.नेपाल की राजधानी से दूरी पर स्तिथ हैं विश्व के अनेक वैज्ञानिकों के लिऐ यह शोध और कौतूहल का विषय रहा है यह 14 फीट पानी पर तैरती विश्व की एक मात्र मूर्ती है ।
